APC Refund Policy
IJAREST charges Article Processing Charges (APC) only after a paper has been accepted following peer review. This policy outlines refund conditions for the APC.
Refund Conditions
APC paid but paper was NOT yet published
Full refund if the paper is withdrawn before going into production, minus a 20% processing fee.
APC paid and paper IS published
No refund. APC is non-refundable once the paper has been published online.
Duplicate payment made by error
Full refund of the duplicate amount. Contact us with payment proof.
Paper rejected after APC payment
Full refund if APC was paid before rejection (note: APC should only be paid after acceptance — contact editor if this occurred).
For refund requests, email editor@ijarest.org with subject: Refund Request – [Paper ID] and attach payment proof. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
