🔄 APC Waiver Policy
IJAREST is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent publication of high-quality research. Full or partial APC waivers may be considered in the following cases:
- ★Authors from least-developed countries (LDCs) as defined by the United Nations.
- ★Student researchers (PG/PhD) with outstanding research and no institutional funding.
- ★Authors experiencing financial hardship who can demonstrate genuine need.
- ★Papers of exceptional scientific merit or high social relevance at the editor's discretion.

↩ Refund Policy
APC is payable only after acceptance. Once a paper is accepted, published, and the APC has been received:
- APC is non-refundable once the paper has been published online.
- If a paper is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, a partial processing fee of 20% may be retained.
- If an error is made on our part (wrong volume/issue, incorrect details), full rectification will be done at no additional charge.
