Abstract

The IVRS i.e. Interactive Voice Response System uses a computer generated message in response to the
input given by the caller, this message is pre-recorded and stored in the system. It is a phone technology that allows
the computer to detect voice and touch tones using a normal phone call on a normal phone number. The backbone of
the whole system is formed by the microcontroller in addition to some other essential key components. Dual Tone
Multi Frequency i.e. DTMF is used for acquiring input from the user by simply pressing number pads easily available
on the phone. Simply dial a number from your phone, follow the instructions and there you are with the results.
