This paper developed the application is a beneficial application for the employees working under it. The activities
monitoring system is used to maintain the multiple levels that takes place in the development of the project and it also deals with
time used in the development of the project.
Activities Monitoring System ensures that the project which is being developed within the organization does not go over the
estimated budget and the project is completed within the estimated time. Results in Activities Monitoring System are given as
reports. This result gives a bright image of the time used at different stages of the project. If any faults are encountered then the
faults can be overcome by examining the results provided by the software for utilizing time and take suitable arrangements. Data of
a new project in Activities Monitoring System is entered by the project manager, on the basis of the information of the project the
employees are assigned with activities by the project manager who are working under him. The project manager is responsible for
registering the client, employee, project, modules and time details. Based on the clients request the project manager assigns the
work to the employees.
The employees who are assigned with respective work by the project manager provide a report of the status of the
project to the project manager.
