Abstract

The Construction or project management is not so easy to define with the many variables like total estimation of workmanship,
time and budget with having different activities at a present time. The software MICROSOFT PROJECT 2013 provide the best
platform for all this type management and it is so easy to operate, update, calculate, estimate the all variables described as above.
Microsoft Project 2013 can be the go-to tool in project-management toolbox. Our project explains how to use Project to build
schedules (which we’ll generally call plans) complete with tasks and resources, use the extensive formatting features in Project to
organize and format the plan’s details, track actual work against the plan, share status, and take corrective action when things
get off track. Project is a powerful software that helps you to plan and manage a wide range of projects from meeting crucial
deadlines and budgets to selecting the right resources, you can be more productive and realize better results using the abundant
software.
