Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the relationships between trust in technology, trust in
organization and use of mobile learning and net benefit in the Public Universities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There is still
low utilization in the use of m-learning by students in public universities in developing countries like Saudi Arabia. This
study was carried out because only a few studies have examined the influence of trust in technology, trust in organization
and use of mobile learning on net benefit. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was
employed in the data analysis. The findings revealed a strong significant relationship between use of mobile learning and
net benefit, and between trust in technology, trust in organization and use of mobile learning. The study concludes with a
discussion on the contributions, limitations as well as suggestions for future research.
