Abstract

Medical data are an ever growing source of information generated from hospitals consisting of patient
records in the form of hard copies which can be made easier and convenient by using QR code of the patient details.
Our aim is to build a Health-care Portal system which will provide the features like clinical management, patient
records, disease prediction and generate QR code for every patient as per there updated disease information.
Keylogging or keyboard capturing is that the activity of recording (or logging) the keys taken on a keyboard, usually
in an exceedingly reserved approach in order that the individual utilizing the keyboard is unconscious that their
activities area unit being determined. It likewise has exceptionally authentic uses in investigations of human-computer
interaction. There are a unit varied Keylogging techniques, extending from hardware and package based mostly
methodologies to acoustic examination. Together with human in authentication protocols, whereas guaranteeing, isn't
straightforward in lightweight of their restricted capability of calculation and remembrance. We have a tendency to
exhibit however careful visual image define will improve the safety still because the convenience of authentication.
We have a tendency to propose two visual authentication protocols: one may be a one-time-password protocol, and
therefore another may be a password-based authentication protocol. Our method for real prearrangement: we have a
tendency to have the capability attain to associate abnormal state of easy use whereas fulfilling demanding security
necessities.
