Abstract

Metal Inert Gas welding (MIG) process is an important component in many industrial operations. The GMA welding
parameters are the most important factors affecting the quality, productivity and cost of welding. We used the MIG
process to find out the characteristics of the metal after it is welded. We use SS410 as our work material and take
different values of current ,voltage and wire speed and find it effects on Tensile strength and Hardness
