Abstract

Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) is the most popular telecommunication protocol used in
telecommunication networks. The telecommunications industry uses a combination of 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS) and 4G
(LTE) systems to access communication worldwide. However telecommunications industry keeps a high percentage of
their deployed infrastructure using GSM technologies. GSM offers worldwide roaming and interconnection with any
available GSM network. GSM subscriptions have the 82.4% percent of the global market of mobile communications
